Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 2 Packages yeast
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 Large eggs, beaten
  • 6 c. bread flour (approximately)

Directions

    Heat lowfat milk and butter till butter melts.

    Dissolve yeast in the hot water.

    Add in water, sugar, cardamom, vanilla and Large eggs to the lowfat milk and butter.

    Fold in the flour and then knead.

    Let rise 1 hour.

    Divide dough into thirds and shape and put into 3 pie plates.

    Let rise again for 45 min.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
