- 4 or 5 celery stalks
- 3 carrots, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) each: frozen peas, cut green beans and corn
- 1 c. hot milk
- 1 c. melted margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 6 oz. grated Swiss cheese
Directions

1Combine chicken stock, celery, carrots and onion; simmer until vegetables are tender.

2Add frozen vegetables and simmer 5 minutes more.

3Add 1 cup hot milk.
