Ingredients
- 6 packets beef bouillon or 6 cubes, dissolved in water (about 3 c.)
- 2 bunches celery
- 2 lb. green peppers
- 2 lb. onions
- 2 whole bunches garlic
- 4 cans tomato paste (small size or 2 large)
- 4 cans tomato soup (regular size)
- 2 large cans whole tomatoes
Directions

1Chop all vegetables.

2Shake in red pepper seed to taste.

3Cook celery 1/2 hour.

4Add onions and garlic.

5Cook 1/2 hour.

6Add green peppers and salt.

7Cook 1/2 hour.

8Keep just enough water so it doesn't catch on bottom of pan.

9Either can in jars.

10Makes 8 quarts.

11Process only long enough to seal jars.

12If serving all 8 quarts, cook and add 3 pounds of hamburg.

13Serve on hot dog rolls or hamburg buns.

14Great for family outings.

15Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on this if you like cheese.
