  • 3 qt. tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 6 large green peppers
  • 6 large onions
  • 2 large red peppers
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 2 lb. browned hamburg

Directions

    Simmer tomatoes, paste and garlic.

    In separate pot cook oil, green peppers, onions, red peppers and celery (all chopped) until vegetables are soft.

    Add sauce to vegetables.

    Add hamburg last and simmer 2 to 3 hours.
