    Use a charcoal grill (electric or gas grill may be used). After grill is ready, sprinkle Tony's creole seasoning on one side of steaks.

    Place sprinkled side down on grill.

    Now sprinkle other side of steak.

    Allow steak to seal about 5 minutes on each side, then cook to desired doneness.
