Ingredients: Ice; 1 1/4 ounces Earl Grey Rum; 1/2 ounce Punt e Mes (bittersweet vermouth); 1/2 ounce pineapple juice; 1/4 ounce apricot brandy; 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup; 1 dash of Angostura Bitters; 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice; 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice; 1 lemon wheel

1 1/4 ounces Earl Grey Rum
1/2 ounce Punt e Mes (bittersweet vermouth)
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
1/4 ounce apricot brandy
1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
1 dash of Angostura Bitters
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1 lemon wheel

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon wheel and shake well.

Strain into a chilled martini glass and float the lemon wheel on the surface of the drink.
