  • 1 banana chopped up
  • 4 strawberries chopped up
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1/2 apple chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Directions

    Put all chopped up fruit into the blender

    Add some of the orange juice and then blend for a couple of seconds.

    Then add the rest of the orange juice and add the honey or maple syrup.

    Blend until smooth or to your preference.
