- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 box German chocolate or Swiss chocolate cake mix (don't use mix with pudding added)
- 1 lb. pkg. powdered sugar (2 c.)
- 1 stick butter or oleo, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Directions

1Grease and flour 8 x 14-inch or 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Spread coconut and pecans on bottom.

2Mix cake according to package directions.

3Pour over coconut and pecans.

4Melt butter or oleo.

5Add cream cheese and powdered sugar.

6Mix well.

7Spread over cake.

8Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

9Cake will crack down the middle hence its name.
