  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Directions

    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.

    Sprinkle the chopped pecans in the pan.

    Sprinkle coconut over nuts.

    Make cake mix as directed on box; pour over nuts and coconut.

    Melt the oleo and mix with the cream cheese and powdered sugar; blend well together.

    Drop by spoonfuls on top of cake.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until done.
