  • 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Rotel Tomatoes (I Use Original)
  • 2 cans (11 Oz. Can) White Shoepeg Corn
  • 13 cups Light Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese

Directions

    Drain the Rotel tomatoes and corn well.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

    Serve with your favorite chips (we use Tostitos Scoops or Fritos Scoops).
