Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage meat or ground chuck (or combination)
- 1 good size chopped onion
- 1/2 medium chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 qt. tomatoes
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms or fresh
- 1 small jar pimento
- salt, pepper, sugar and curry powder
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
Directions

1Brown meat, then add onions and brown.

2Add rest of ingredients and cook about 20 minutes.

3Meanwhile, cook 1/2 to 3/4 pound thin spaghetti.

4Put cooked spaghetti in greased baking dish.

5Add sauce and top with sliced cheese.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

7Can be refrigerated and recommended because taste soaks in if made the day before.
