- 1 1/2 qt. milk
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Beat eggs well.

2Add milk and salt.

3Mix well.

4Put on low heat and stir until milk and eggs curdle; will look like sour milk. Pour into bag or cloth and tie tight to form a ball.

5Let drip overnight.

6Take out of bag and cloth.

7Re-cover and put in refrigerator.

8Slice as you would cheese.

9Will keep for weeks.
