  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 5 ounce. cream cheese
  • 2 pkg. 10x sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Dash of salt
  • 7 ounce. coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (8 ounce.) bar Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 (8 ounce.) bar Baker's bitter chocolate
  • 1/4 pound paraffin wax

Directions

    Blend butter and cream cheese till light and creamy.

    Add in egg; beat again.

    Add in 1 box of sugar gradually.

    Beat in vanilla and salt.

    Add in another box of sugar and beat.

    Add in coconut and lowfat milk.

    Refrigerate1/2 hour, then form into Large eggs and refrigerateagain.

    CHOCOLATE: Heat chocolates and wax in top of double boiler.

    Dip Large eggs.

    Put in freezer.

    Dip again.

    Keep refrigerated.
