- 8 eggs
- 12 cup cheddar cheese
- 4 English muffins (halved and toasted)
- 1 pint of 18% cream (coffee creamer)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Grease 8 muffin cups.

2Line each cup with a slice of ham.

3Break egg over top of each cup.

4Add a tea spoon of cream in each one.

5Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.

6Half fill empty cups of muffin tin with water.

7Bake at 350F for about 25 minutes.
