Easter Pineapple Stuffing

- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 5 slices bread (day old)
Directions

1Drain pineapple; set aside.

2Cream butter with sugar and beat in the eggs, one at a time.

3Stir in pineapple.

4Remove the crusts from bread and then cube, before adding to mixture (gently).

5Pour into greased baking pan. Put foil over the pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

6Uncover and bake another 10 minutes, until the top has browned.

7Sprinkle with cinnamon.

8Serves 4 to 6.
