Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts, rinsed and drained or fresh, blanched in boiling water 10 minutes
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 3 c. cut up ham, turkey, chicken or beef
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • parsley (if desired)

    Mix first 6 ingredients together.

    Pour into 13 x 9-inch ungreased pan.

    Mix Bisquick with 1 1/2 cups milk.

    Pour over mixture and spread.

    Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.

    Bake at 450° for 27 to 30 minutes.

    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
