Easy Apple Coffee Cake

  • 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup walnuts or 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and pie filling. Pour into a sprayed 9 x 13 inches baking pan.

    Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped nuts, and sprinkle evenly over the top of batter.

    slice butter into 1/4 inch pats and distribute evenly over the top.

    Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 - 40 minutes.
