Easy Avocado Wreath

  • 5 Hass avocadoes (chilean)
  • 14 cup lime juice or 14 cup lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • red bell pepper, chopped for garnish
  • cracker, for serving

Directions

    Rinse avocados.

    Cut each avocado in half.

    Spoon out pits.
  4. 4
    Spoon out the avocado flesh into a large resealable plastic bag.

    Add lemon or lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.

    Squeeze to press out the air.

    Seal the bag.

    Mash the bag with your hands until the avocado is smooth but still has a few chunks.

    With scissors, snip just the corner off one end of the bag.

    Pipe the avocado mixture into a wreath shape on a large serving plate.

    Garnish with chopped bell pepper.

    Serve with crackers.
