Easy Avocado Wreath

- 5 Hass avocadoes (chilean)
- 14 cup lime juice or 14 cup lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- red bell pepper, chopped for garnish
- cracker, for serving
Directions

1Rinse avocados.

2Cut each avocado in half.

3Spoon out pits.

4Spoon out the avocado flesh into a large resealable plastic bag.

5Add lemon or lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.

6Squeeze to press out the air.

7Seal the bag.

8Mash the bag with your hands until the avocado is smooth but still has a few chunks.

9With scissors, snip just the corner off one end of the bag.

10Pipe the avocado mixture into a wreath shape on a large serving plate.

11Garnish with chopped bell pepper.

12Serve with crackers.
