Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Combine sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Begin to blend ingredients together.

    Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time.

    Pour mixture into unbaked crust. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Chill before serving. Serves 8.
