  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Combine sugar, cheese, juice, salt and vanilla.

    Begin to blend, then beat eggs in one at a time.

    Pour mixture into crust. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until the center levels with the edges.
