- 1 1/2 pounds cod fillets
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves freshly chopped
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F (180C) F (175 degrees C).

2Rinse and dry cod fillets.

3Place fillets in a lightly greased casserole dish.

4Pour salsa over fish.

5Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.
