  • 4 white fish fillets (tilapia, flounder, catfish)
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • lemon pepper
  • breadcrumbs

    Cover baking sheet with foil and coat with light cooking spray.
