- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 (10 count) can biscuits
Directions

1Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring to crumble; drain.

2Add barbecue sauce and onion; stir well.

4Separate biscuits and place 1 each in muffin cups or muffin pan, pressing up sides.

5Spoon meat mixture evenly into biscuit cups.

6Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
