  • 1 beef bouillon cube for each 1 c. water
  • 1 steak, cut into bits, browned
  • 4 to 5 potatoes
  • 4 to 5 carrots
  • 4 to 5 celery stalks
  • 1 small can tomato sauce

    Bring water to boil.

    Add cubes and stir until dissolved.

    Add steak (may be substituted with your favorite beef).

    Cut vegetables into bite-sized chunks.

    Add to beef stock.
