- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
- 16 oz. egg noodles, cooked
Directions

1Stir together soups.

2Do not add any other liquid.

3Cut stew beef into uniform pieces and add to soup mixture.

4Bake in 2-quart casserole for 3 hours in 350° oven.

5Cover for first 2 1/2 hours. Before serving, stir in sour cream.

6Serve over hot noodles.

7May also be cooked in crock-pot 3 to 4 hours on low.
