Easy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 2 to 3 c. tender beef cubes (may be cooked or uncooked)
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion
- 1 to 2 c. beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Put meat, flour, salt and pepper in a paper bag and shake to coat the meat.

2Meanwhile, saute sliced onion in 2 tablespoons oil until golden.

3Add mushrooms and cook until tender.

4Add the meat, stirring constantly to brown the floured meat.

5Add the bouillon and cook over low heat until thickened.

6Add wine and continue to simmer several minutes.

7Before serving, stir in sour cream; mix thoroughly.

8Be sure to heat through.

9Serve over rice.
