- 1 small boneless chuck roast
- flour
- water
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder to taste
- 2 Knorr beef bouillon cubes
- 1 small carton fresh mushrooms, sliced up
Directions

1Take a small boneless chuck roast, cut into small squares and roll in flour.

2Cover the bottom of a roasting pan with flour and add enough water to make a medium paste.

3Place meat in pan.

4Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, bouillon cubes and sliced mushrooms. Add enough water to completely cover meat .

5Bake at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.

6May need to add a little more water during cooking.

7This should make a thick gravy as it cooks. Serve over noodles or rice.
