- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1 bottle (341 mL) beer
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Combine flours, sugar and baking powder in large bowl.

3Add beer, then cheese; stirring after each just until blended.

4(Batter will be lumpy.

5Do not overmix.)

6Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with butter.

7Bake 35 to 40 min.

8or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.

9Cool bread in pan 10 min.

10Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
