  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 12 oz. beer
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar and beer; stir just until ingredients are moistened.

    Pour into a greased loaf pan.

    Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes, or until bread tests done.

    Brush with melted butter. Remove bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
