- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 12 teaspoon coriander
- 14 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 12 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 14 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
