  • 1 c. oleo or butter (soft)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 c. flour (save 2 Tbsp. out)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. blueberries or more

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs.

    Beat until fluffy. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk.

    Save 2 tablespoons of the flour and sprinkle over blueberries.

    Mix flour and berries and fold into batter.

    Put in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
