- 4 pork chops, 3/4 to 1 inch thick
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 -3 onions, sliced into rings
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

2Heat oil in medium hot skillet.

3Brown chops for 2-3 minutes per side.

4Remove chops from pan.

5Saute onions and garlic in pan 2 minutes, until soft.

6Reduce heat to low, and return chops to pan.

7Spread the onions over the chops, cover and braise for 45 minutes.
