  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
  • 34 teaspoon dill weed, dried
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 12 lbs salmon steaks
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
