- 5 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 c. water and 4 bouillon cubes or 4 c. beef bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Melt margarine in a heavy skillet.

2Add rice and stir over medium heat until brown. Slowly add bouillon and salt.

3Cover and cook slowly 25 minutes until rice is tender, adding water if needed.
