Easy Browned Rice

- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. converted white rice (not Minute rice)
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
- 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. boiling water
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in skillet.

2Saute rice in skillet until lightly browned (approximately 10 minutes).

3Put rice into casserole dish.

4Add can of soup to rice and mix.

5Add bouillon cube/water and mix.

6Cover with foil and bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour.
