- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 oz) package mild bulk sausage; cooked, drained and crumbled
- 6 slices white bread, cubed
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper - and/or onions (both optional)
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix together eggs, milk, salt, mustard.

2Fold in sausage, cheese, bread; add onion, pepper, if desired.

3Pour mixture into 9x13 inch casserole.

4Refrigerate over night (can freeze). Remove from fridg or thaw 30 minutes before baking.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set.
