Easy Burrito Casserole

  • 2 pounds Hamburger
  • 1 can (16 Oz. Can) Refried Beans
  • 1 package (1 Oz. Package) Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 package Soft Tortillas
  • 2 cups (or More) Cheddar Cheese Or Mexican Blend

    Brown and drain hamburger meat.

    Add refried beans and taco seasoning and stir to combine; set aside.

    In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soups and sour cream.

    Pour half of the soup mixture into a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish.

    Layer as many tortillas as needed to cover the soup.

    Place hamburger mixture on top of tortillas and cover with another layer of tortillas.

    Top with remaining soup mixture.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.

    Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle with cheese.

    Return to the oven for 5 minutes or until melted.

    We usually serve this buffet-style with lots of toppings that people can put on top and eat it with tortilla chips.
