Easy Caramel Apple Pie

- 10 caramel candies
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 3 cup chopped Jonathan or Rome apples (unpeeled)
- 2/3 cups caramel ice cream topping
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 - 9 inch pie crust unbaked
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
Directions

1Combine caramel pieces and flour in a milium bowl.

2Add apples, caramel topping and lemon juice.

3Mix well.

4Pour into pie crust.

5Top with pecans.

6Cut the remaining pie crust into strips.

7Place strips on top of pie in criss cross fashion.

8Use a fork and crimp to filled pie crust.

9Bake on a baking sheet at 375 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes or until crust is brown.

10Cool and serve.
