- 6 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Bring to boil 5 minutes; stir once in a while so it won't burn. After boiling 5 minutes, remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon soda (this will foam up).

2Stir well.

3Pour over corn and place on large cookie sheet with sides.

4Bake 1 hour at 200°.
