Easy Caramel Rolls

- 2 loaves frozen bread dough
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 large or 2 small vanilla pudding mixes (not instant)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- cinnamon to taste (about 1 tsp.)
- 1/2 to 1 c. nuts (if desired)
Directions

1Thaw bread dough; do not let rise.

2Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Cut one loaf into small pieces.

3Place here and there in pan. Melt butter; add brown sugar, pudding mix, milk and cinnamon. Beat until smooth.

4Add nuts.

5Pour over the pieces of one loaf. Then cut up second loaf and place on top in empty spaces.

6Let rise 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

7Bake at 375° for approximately 30 minutes. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes and turn out of pan.
