  • 100 grams Spaghetti
  • 1 or 2 slices Bacon
  • 1/2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Grated cheese
  • 1 dash Coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 dash Salt

Directions

    Add minced garlic and bacon sliced into strips into a pan, and saute for 2 minutes.

    Add the cooked ingredients from step 1 into [A] ingredients, combine and mix thoroughly.

    Add al dente pasta into the mixture from step 2 and toss.

    Season with salt to finish.
