Easy Carrot Cake

  • 1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. finely shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 (16 oz.) ready to spread cream cheese frosting

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Beat salad dressing, cake mix, eggs, water and cinnamon at medium speed until well blended.

    Stir in carrots and nuts.

    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool completely.

    Spread with frosting or sprinkle powdered sugar over top of cooled cake.
