  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pie filling (blueberry, cherry or whatever you want)

    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    For crust, combine cake mix; keep out 1 cup.

    Combine with 1 egg and oil in a large bowl (mixture will be crumbly).
