- 1 onion
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (optional chicken)
- grated cheese
- flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 8 oz. Velveeta
- 1 can green chilies
Directions

1Saute onion.

2Add ground beef and brown; drain.

3Place some ground beef and cheese in a line in the center of a flour tortilla.

4Roll and place seam side down in a baking dish.

5Place rolled enchiladas side by side.

6Pour sauce over.

7Add grated cheese on top.

8Bake, uncovered, 15 to 30 minutes at 350° (until bubbly).
