Easy Cheese-Stuffed Shells

  • 8 jumbo shells
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese, drained
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce

    Cook shells.

    Rinse in cool water.

    Drain well.

    Combine egg, cottage cheese, Parmesan, Mozzarella, parsley and oregano.

    Spoon about 1/4 cup in each shell.

    Place shells in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Pour sauce over shells.

    Bake, covered, at 375° for about 25 minutes or until heated through.
