Easy Cheese-Stuffed Shells

- 8 jumbo shells
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese, drained
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Cook shells.

2Rinse in cool water.

3Drain well.

4Combine egg, cottage cheese, Parmesan, Mozzarella, parsley and oregano.

5Spoon about 1/4 cup in each shell.

6Place shells in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.

7Pour sauce over shells.

8Bake, covered, at 375° for about 25 minutes or until heated through.

9Serves 2 to 4.
