  • 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Cottage Cheese
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
  • 1/2 cup green onion slices
  • 1/2 of a medium red pepper, cut into thin strips

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.

    Add all remaining ingredients except the red peppers; mix well.

    Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.

    Bake 40 minutes or until center is set.

    Top with peppers.
