  • 1 container (500 g) cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into thin strips

    Whisk eggs in large bowl until blended.

    Add all remaining ingredients except peppers; mix well.

    Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
