- 540 ml White rice
- 1 Peeled chestnuts
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Water
- 1 two 5 cm sheets Kombu

1Peel the chestnuts.

3Wash the rice, add the ingredients marked , add water to the three cup line and give it all a quick stir.

4Add the seaweed and chestnuts and switch the rice cooker on.

5When it's done, let it steam for about 10 minutes.

6When it's finished steaming, remove the seaweed, mix it all up, transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
