- 2 whole broiler-fryer chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 1/2 c. white seedless grapes, halved
Directions

1With meat mallet or similar flattening utensil, pound chicken to 1/2 inch thickness.

2Sprinkle garlic salt and nutmeg over chicken.

3In frypan place margarine and melt over medium-high heat.

4Add chicken and cook, turning about 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.

5Remove chicken; set aside.

6Drain off excess fat.
