Easy Chicken Casserole

  • 4 to 5 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 large box Ritz crackers
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Boil chicken until done.

    Mix soup and sour cream; cut up boiled chicken into chunks and add to mix.

    Crush 3 packages of crackers, then pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Melt butter; pour onto cracker crumbs.

    Mix with fork and press a layer into bottom and sides of pan.

    Pour in mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes and let cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
